Rick Reid has worked on both sides of the studio glass for more than 23 years.
As an award-winning local and network television producer he has directed some of the top voice talent in the USA. Rick has produced thousands of TV on-air promos, commercials and PSAs. Rick produced the TV documentary special, “Gene Autry: White Hat, Silver Screen” for Encore Westerns. He currently co-produces the weekly movie news series, "Starz Studios," for the Starz television networks.
As a voice talent, Rick has been heard on hundreds of local, regional and national radio and TV promos and commercials and on interactive media, animations and websites.
Rick is a former radio personality and radio news anchor for Album Rock and Rock Oldies formats. He has also worked as a publicist and advertising copywriter for a Nevada resort hotel casino.
Rick earned a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting with an Advertising minor from Southern Utah University. He earned a Master’s degree in Communication Management from Colorado State University. In his spare time, Rick is active in community theater as a stage actor and sound designer. He performs media-related volunteer work for small, non-profit organizations. He is also becoming an accomplished theremin player.
